Test 1 will be conducted on this Friday (04-10-13) in 8th period at 3:10pm. This test 1 is only for group 1 of Section-D students.

Those who are interested in undergoing paid training on AutoCAD and related software, may give their names to Sundaram Chandan at 8882414554.

You may conform your names latest by 3rd Oct, so that you can attend your classes from 5th Oct.

Test 1: Group 1 of Section D- Engineering Mechanics

Test 1 will be conducted on next Saturday (05-10-13) at 10am. This test 1 is only for group 1 of Section-D students. There will not be any change in date and time.

Test 2: Engineering Mechanics: Sec C & Sec D

Test 2 will be conducted in Tut class as per the schedule given below:

Class C (G1):  on Monday   (30-09-13)
Class C (G2):  on Tuesday   (01-10-13)
Class D (G1):  on Thursday  (03-10-13)
Class D (G2):  on Thursday  (03-10-13)

Soil Mechanics : Section A, B, C, and D

It has been found some students are skipping tutorial classes. It has been already declared that:

For awarding CA, test will be conducted in every tutorial classes. There will be on the spot assessment for all these tests. Further every student will be given a different problem to solve. The marks obtained in these tutorials will be counted towards your CA.
The problems in the test will be selected from the portion which has already been covered in previous classes. It is mandatory for every student to bring calculator otherwise they will not allowed to write the tutorial test. 

All the students are warned to take these tutorial test seriously. If they secure zero marks in these tutorial test then zero marks will be awarded in their CA.

AutoCAD and related courses

As informed to you earlier, AutoCAD courses are scheduled from 28th Sept, 2013 on weekends. I am yet to get the nominations for the course. You can send your nominations through email or personally. While sending email, do not forget to mention your name, roll no., section and year, course preference. The cost of the course is between 3.5k - 5.5k.

AutoCAD training and Workshop

As we did last year, we have again tied-up with CAD Studio, New Delhi (Authorised Training and Certification Centre for  Autodesk Products) to provide you professional training in AutoCAD and other related software. To give you an idea about the different software a workshop is being organised and the training shall commence after the workshop. The details of the workshop are as,

The training (on a paid basis) shall be provided on the weekends (4hrs per day on Saturday and Sunday) on any two of the following software, depending upon the number of participants,

Attendance of unregistered students

Attention:

Those students who have not registered themselves shall not get attendance till the time they register themselves. The attendance shall be counted, for all students, from the start of the classes and not from their date of registration.
