2. Online Personality
Profiling:
All the shortlisted applicants
will have to take Sale Profiler ,online.
3. Group Discussion:
Company will have the Group
Discussions for the shortlisted applicants on campus on the date of the

4. Personal Interviews:
The applicants shortlisted after
the Group Discussion will appear for a personal interview (20-30 minutes per applicant)
on campus.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for visiting
property sites and taking measurements
· Conduct market survey to
understand prevailing land rates
· Update the stage progress for
under construction properties
· Prepare valuation reports and
update them online
· Capture property photographs
at site
· Check property title documents
and approved building maps
Deliverables:
· Site visit of the properties
and generation of technical reports
· Updating the reports on
Property Appraisal System (PAS) within defined TAT
· Gather market intelligence and
sharing business potential data to business team
Skills and Competencies:
· Analytical skills.

· Knowledge of Estimation and
Costing
